Took my chainsaw in for a service. Needed extra work so bill went up from £50-£60 to £95. However my main concern, no phone call to inform me of extra work needed prior and a change to my bill. Customer care, very poor on dropping off and picking up. On picking up no explanation, just name pay and go. I left shaking my head so poor. Will not return, like a bad meal at a restaurant you never go back. This is honest review.

I brought my mower into powerquip on 8th June in the afternoon. I had a call the following morning it was fixed. I was so pleased with the outcome that I am buying another mower from them . I would not go anywhere else in the area when looking for any gardening equipment. They are extremely friendly I highly recommend them.
