Plenty of parking ,lots of bargains to be had and a friendly welcome

It's been nearly 6 weeks since the auction and I still haven't received my items, despite asking numerous times for a postage quote. Very disappointing, especially since this auction house was recommend to me by a friend, whose brother had his house cleared by them, and he said they were excellent. My friend also said they posted just about anything, so I checked their terms on the auction site and on their website, BEFORE placing a bid (see screenshot from website). I paid for the items over a month ago, but for some reason it seems I can't have them? The emails I have received make no sense at all, like they are about something else entirely. It's all very odd. I thought they were a reputable firm, but I'm now out of pocket and they still have my items, so now I don't know what to think. One star for now unfortunately, because I haven't got a clue what's going on here. I'm so confused. Hopefully it's all been a huge misunderstanding, then I can amend my review accordingly when I receive my items. I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for all of this.

Absolutely fabulous place and the owners are amazing . Had my purchases delivered by them and they couldn’t have been any more helpful . Would highly recommend and the car boots are fantastic aswell, well worth a visit , might have to get a bigger house !!

Very good for indoor car boot sales this time of year

ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONLINE AUCTIONS WITH FEES OF 30%. PACKING COSTS AT £8 FOR THE FIRST ITEM £3 THERE AFTER PLUS THE COST OF POSTAGE. VERY POOR ITEMS FOR SALE NEARLY HALF THE ITEMS DO NOT SELL BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BAD . THE VERY FEW ITEMS WORTH BIDDING ON HAVE SHOCKING SINGLE PHOTO AND DESCRIPTION.

Absolutely amazing company! They're so helpful, efficient and friendly. Bargain prices for good quality stuff and reasonable delivery costs. Very highly recommended.

Having been introduced to this by a neighbour, it's great. Plenty of bargains to be had, definitely worth bidding on stuff, and, if you buy an electrical item and it doesn't work, you can actually take it back. Lovely friendly staff and, if you listen to the live Auctions, you'll have a laugh too as the auctioneers are properly funny.

Paul and his team are great. Trustworthy and sensitive to the needs of those who need their help with house clearances. Highly recommend them as a zero risk synopsis. Thanks Paul. Great work.
