A complete gem of a shop. perfect when prom dress shopping - they took a note of what school she went to, so they wouldn’t sell the same dress to someone going to the same prom, which was a great touch. The service was excellent, with plenty of options and I can thoroughly recommend them.

After going to several shops trying to find my outfit for my daughters wedding, Jane Louise was recommended to me. They were extremely helpful, I tried on several dresses and I came away with a completely different style of dress that i thought I would, but I loved it. I had so many compliments and I felt comfortable all day, I didn’t change for the evening as I didn’t want to take it off. Would highly recommend Jane Louise.

I can thoroughly recommend this shop, I visited here today with my mum to get a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The customer service was amazing- so patient with both myself and my mum.

Just an amazing place. Filled to the brim with stunning dresses in every colour and style that you would need for the special day as a mother of the groom/bride. We tried on outfits and various accessories for 2.5 hours, stopped for lunch then went back and paid. I went for a wedding outfit and left with that, all the accessories and a new formal evening wear dress too. Jane and her colleague are absolutely wonderful and never tire of finding you something else they think may suit you. Just brilliant, brilliant, brilliant and somewhere everyone should go. I'll be back!

Fantastic experience. These ladies are so patient and my wife has ended up with the most amazing dress. Not sure my bank manager would approve but can't fault the service or knowledge shared by these terrifically helpful women. Do not look any further for a mother of the bride/groom outfit! I took my mother in law to be to Jane Louise and the service we received was second to none. Jane and the other staff were very attentive and listened to what our requirements were for the day. She gave us so many but not too many options to choose from. My mother in law to be eventually left fully equipped for my wedding day with a dress, shoes, bag and fascinator. can not recommend Jane's services enough! We travelled over 1 hour 30 minutes to get to Jane but it was honestly worth every mile and every penny! Thank you so so much Jane for your amazing support and advice today ❤️✨☺️
