My daughter had her first baby last month, I wanted to send her flowers. I went into Rebecca Florist and spoke to Lisa to ask for advice etc. The arrangement arrived the following day. Excellent telephone service by this business. I 'phoned last Saturday at 12.15 (they close at 13.00 on a Saturday) and asked if I was too late to place a local delivery for the same day.
