This is a fantastic practice always go out of their way to try and fit me in if I've had issues with my teeth. I have a fear of dentists previously having a traumatic experience with another practice. I now feel much happier when going to the dentist knowing that the male dentist that I use is very careful and clearly extremely good at his job as I have had root canal, numerous fillings and teeth extracted with little pain. I now for the first time in many years feel we are in top of my dental care and this is down to the good service and professionalism of this practice..Reception staff are always friendly and helpful in finding suitable appointments. I have been with this dental surgery for 15 years and every time I attend it is a pleasure, be it for simply making an appointment or a more tricky piece of dentistry. Every member staff from the fantastic Reception staff to the dental nurses and Dentists themselves makes you feel welcome, are polite and courteous and always wear a smile in their eyes even when you are the last appointment of the day. All staff explain clearly the requirements and make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Having a new dentist on my first appointment post covid restrictions lifting was not a disappointment and I welcome another excellent member to the Liskeard team. After many years as a youngster not taking proper care of my teeth and like most (don’t like the dentist) I booked with these guys, I have honestly got to say what an amazing practice everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My dentist Paulina is absolutely amazing even though I have seen 2 other dentists (emergency appointments) who have been just as nice. I have been going to this practice for quite a few years now and have always had such amazing service, all the staff are so helpful and just seem like such lovely people. I would especially like to thank my dentist Illinca, and her dental nurse Zoe, who did such an incredible job on my teeth the other day. I cannot recommend them enough, such professionalism but they are also so kind and caring, I really appreciate everything they have done for me and I feel really lucky to have have them as they have fixed me up so well. 10 out of 10- I would give a higher rating if I could. Top notch. Could not ask for better.

I had an emergency appointment & i saw a new dentist. My filling had fallen out as my tooth had cracked. I ended up unexpectedly had an extraction which was totally painless & the area has been painless since. My dentist dealt with me with the utmost care & professionalism. His.bedside manner was very kind & reassuring. He has restored Imy faith in not being afraid to go to the dentist . Thank you so much to Rhys & all the team for fitting me in at such short notice. I cannot speak highly enough of my visit.thank you.

Always a pleasure going here. Staff are pleasant, cheery and helpful. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called and the whole process was very efficient considering the current circumstances. The dentist gave me a thorough check up, including x-rays, and then took the time to talk me through them and look back over ones from years before to show and explain any changes. I might have been paying NHS rates but, I felt like a private patient. Well done BUPA Liskeard, I look forward to my next visit.

Like most people visiting a dentist isn’t my favourite pastime and finding a dentist you feel confident with isn’t always easy . When we first moved to this part of Cornwall we were lucky enough to be able to sign on at this practice and have been registered with them for over ten years. I recently had some emergency dental work that was quite stressful and all the staff , including the receptionists, dental nurses and the dentist, were professional , understanding, patient and kind. I also saw a locum dentist at the practice , who was also worth mentioning as he too put me at ease. As with a lot of services, COVID has understandably played a huge part in reducing the number of appointments being available, however the practice has continued offering emergancy appointments throughout and I was seen promptly and felt their COVID precautions were very safe . I am very happy to recommend this practice

I rang the dentist this morning, concerned for my daughter, after an accident in which she hit her front teeth hard. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged for a dentist to call me back ASAP. The dentist called me that afternoon as promised, gave me some really useful advice and provided a prescription to ensure my daughter wasn’t in pain. She also recommended future check to make sure there wasn’t any secondary damage to her future adult teeth. I am really impressed with the service provided, friendly and efficient, and followed through on their promises. Puts other dental surgeries to shame. Thank you Windsor Place Surgery.

I have visited the practice a couple of times after avoiding the dentist for nearly 10 years! As a very nervous patient I was very impressed with how the female dentist and dental nurse were not only extremely patient and respectful but managed to keep my nerves at bay to have the work required completed with no pain or stress. I have had no further issues since treatment and finally feel at ease visiting the dentist, something that has been an issue for over 20 years! Highly recommend!

I have received nothing but good service from this dental practice. Myself, my husband and my 2 children had a family appointment. I found the dentist to be kind and comprehensive in his examination. My children were happy to hop in the chair and are excited to go back in six months time! I received some treatment which was carried out during a further visit. Appointments are easy to arrange and the text confirmation service is useful👍
